What you type stays on your device

The invoice, CIS invoice, pay application and change order tools run entirely in your browser. Names, addresses, amounts, notes and logos are processed on your device. PDFs and CSV files are made on your device and saved straight to it. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

Drafts in local storage

To keep your work between visits, the tools save your current draft in this browser's local storage (keys starting with cig.). It never leaves the browser, and other sites can't read it. Remove it with the New or Clear button, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. A shared or public computer keeps the draft for the next person, so clear it when you finish.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical data every request carries (IP address, browser, page requested) to deliver and protect the site. We don't use it to identify you.

Analytics

None. This site loads no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies.

Your rights

Because we don't receive the content of your invoices, we hold no personal data from the tools to access, correct or delete. For anything else, including server logs, write to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU, California or other US states), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority.
