Free to use

The tools and the downloadable templates are free, need no account, and nothing on this site is for sale. You may use the documents you make, and the blank templates, for your own business and your clients.

Your responsibility

The tools do arithmetic on the figures you enter. You are responsible for what you put on an invoice, pay application or change order, including tax rates, which line types are taxed, retainage, CIS rates and VAT treatment. Sales tax rules for labor vs materials differ by state. Check your state's rules. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it, including a wrong figure on a document you send. Check a document before you send it. This doesn't limit rights you have that can't be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, except where the law of your own country gives you rights that can't be overridden.
